Good carrier, tricky sizing
I ordered the Konny Baby Carrier Original for my newborn. It's really soft and much less bulky than other carriers I've tried. My baby seemed comfortable and fell asleep in it quickly. The online sizing chart was a little confusing; I had to re-measure myself a couple of times to be sure, and even then, it felt a tiny bit snug initially. It did stretch out after a few wears, which helped. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my address in California, which was okay.
Comfortable hip seat, long shipping
I purchased the Dual Support Hip Seat along with some Bamboo Baby Clothing for my toddler. The hip seat itself is well-made and surprisingly comfortable for both me and my child. It distributes weight much better than I expected. The bamboo clothing was also very soft and washes well. My only minor issue was the shipping time; it took almost 10 days for the entire order to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, though. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, which was helpful.
